i have officially started my summer reading. actually, i began by finishing my winter reading. i had to put "my life in france" by julia child in a drawer next to my computer desk when school started in january. i began reading the book during the winter break.
it is a lovely book. i couldn't wait to finish reading it as soon as school let out. i don't know what i will read next. i'm thinking of reading "wuthering heights." i've never read the book, only watched some of the adaptations.
i know that i loved, loved, loved, "jane eyre." and i think i would like wuthering heights, too.
we will see, so far the summer is my oyster..:)
see ya!!

Congratulations on everything! So, what are your plans?
Love, Jael
I don't know! How funny, right? I need to start looking for a job. I want to pursue a Master's degree, but really I need to get a job. So, with that in mind, I will turn to the university's career services. We will see...How are you doing?
I'm well. Busy but doing well. Feeling motivated. I was encouraged by a teacher at Tamucc to find a science mentor and perhaps persue a grant and do research. I'm thinking that is a very nice sounding idea. I have no idea where to start.
I really want to read Gone with the Wind. I finished Tolstoy's book, Anna Karenina, but am not yet ready for War and Peace. I'm also reading Catch 22 and some other post modern works. Catch 22 is dark, but very, very funny.
That said, I am also gathering science books-- Einstien's Theory of Relativity and some Geology books. They are not exactly literature, but they are interesting.
You may be able to get a job teaching school and pursue a teaching certificate. They usually give you one year to do that. Well, I have physics homework to do. Are you on Facebook? If you are done with school, it won't be such a distraction. It is a distraction for me, but I don't let myself post anything unless I'm done with my homework. Miss you!
Hi Martha- Checking in to see how your job hunt is coming. Are you still planning to pursue your masters?
Jael
